A beautiful and relaxed way for parents, carers and grandparents to connect with Baby. (Suitable for 10 weeks postpartum)
We will use Yoga to stretch and strengthen the body in a kind and safe way. You can do as much or as little movement as you like. Dip in and out and if you need to feed or cuddle your little one that's absolutely fine.
Remember this is your special time together. Please bring a mat/blanket for you and your baby and a few of their favourite toys. After each class, you are welcome to unwind in the Rockwater cafe, grab a refreshing drink and make new friends.
