Start your week with a blend of strength, calm, and gentle flow. This practice is the perfect way to unwind and reset by the Rockwater Lodge fireplace. I always offer movement options so you can tailor it to your body's needs each week.  Come and join me at Rockwater Hove Lodge and give yourself the gift of relaxation and rejuvenation in 2025.
