Is your little one on the move? This is the perfect class for you to enjoy together.
This Yoga class is one for you to do with your baby, once they are moving, crawling, rolling and walking.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and toys for your mini mover. Snacks are welcome too :)

A beautiful and relaxed way for parents, carers and grandparents to connect with Baby.
We will use Yoga to stretch and strengthen the body in a kind and safe way. You can do as much or as little movement as you like. Dip in and out and if you need to feed or cuddle your little one that's absolutely fine.
Please bring a Yoga mat for you and a blanket & toys for your baby.
(Suitable for 8-10 weeks postpartum)
